I specialise in creating banners to reflect an existing branding style, but I'm equally at home coming up with something totally new, if that is what your brief requires.
If you have a particular location for your banner, let me know the background color - this helps with planning the color scheme and border, if required. As you can see from the samples shown here, a border can make a difference, and the look would be different again on a plain white background.
Load times are important and your banner will be optimised to get the very best load time possible, consistent with image integrity.
